CANCELLATION 

There shall be no refund of deposit after 48 hours from the date it is paid. If the shoot is cancelled within 7 days of the date, the client shall pay the balance of the price agreed on due to the high probability that Saad Gerges Photography will not be able to further book that date. Once a balance is paid, it is NON-REFUNDABLE. Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the client and Saad Gerges Photography. Arrangements will be put in writing. Cancellation must be in writing even if a phone call was made to inform Saad Gerges Photography of the cancellation. Full payment is not expected in the event of death.
